Description Join Judy for three days in the Bernina Studio for sewing, support, and sweet treats. Students are free to work on any paper piecing project. This is not a formal class; however, Judy is there to assist you with any questions you have on your project. Enjoy the comradery of fellow paper piecers while getting that project up and going again. Let's beat the heat and get that project finished! Description Dust off your travel machine and join Amy O'Donnell for a fun Sew In. $25 will get you an entire day of uninterrupted sewing bliss, from 10:30am until 4:30pm. Each participant will have their own 6 foot sewing table, a comfortable chair, access to an iron, a cutting table, and you can even walk over to BERNINA World of Sewing for additional supplies as needed. Pack your lunch, bring your UFO's, or start something new. Invite your friends, make new friends, and most of all, have fun. No laundry or buzzing clothes dryer, no one asking what's for lunch or dinner - this will be a day totally for YOU and SEWING. Sign up today - seats are limited. No walk-ins - advance reservations required. NOTE: Students need to bring their own sewing machines in good working order. Class will be held at the BERNINA World of Sewing Studio, 5218 Holly Ridge Drive. Just up the hill from the store. No refunds if cancelled within 7 days of the class. Description There is nothing like the fun of sewing with others! Bring your sewing machine and/or your serger, whatever projects you currently have in the works, and perhaps a snack, and enjoy a day of sewing in the Bernina studio. There is plenty of space to spread out, and you will have full use of the studio' s large cutting mats and irons. Plus, Bernina World of Sewing will be open just across the way for any fabric or supplies you might need. Even better, Carrie will be there to offer advice and encouragement throughout the day. Need help making sense of your first garment pattern? Is your quilt piecing not working quite how you would like? And what about that bag zipper? Carrie has all kinds of sewing experience that she is happy to share. Come take advantage of this open studio time to work on whatever project makes your heart sing. Join us! All skill levels are welcome. The instructor will be there to offer advice or guidance, but participants are expected to be comfortable operating their machines and working independently. Participants should bring their own sewing machines and/or sergers in good working order, plus the routine supplies upon which they rely for successful sewing. Description Are you looking for camaraderie while sewing? Motivation to finish a project? Do you need a large cutting area or surface to work on for projects that are extra large? At Open Sewing Sessions, you work on what you need to get finished, from the beginning of the project to the end. Jenni will be present each evening, not to teach a specific project but to be working on her own projects. We know that sewists are the nicest people and we're sure someone present will offer suggestions for problem areas you may be struggling with. Join us for an unstructured evening of fun and community. Remember that there is no food in the Studio. Just water with a lid. Please eat before coming to Sit and Sew.
